The purpose of this page is to comply with the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code §551.043(a). Notices are required to be posted in a place readily accessible to the general public at all times for at least 3 business days before the scheduled date, as required by HB 1522, which amended the previous 72-hour notice. 

Notices are stamped at the time they are received by the City Secretary’s office staff and promptly placed online. For users who are looking for notices on-site, a touch screen kiosk is located in the lobby of City Hall, in front of Council Chambers.
