Critter Comfort Winter Drive

It’s that time of year! The Corpus Christi Public Libraries and Corpus Christi Animal Care Services are kicking off the Critter Comfort Winter Drive.
The community is encouraged to donate new or gently used blankets, towels, sheets, unopened treats, and canned or dry pet foods to support animals in need.
Donations will be accepted from Saturday, November 1, through January 31, 2026, at all six Library locations during regular hours.
- La Retama Central Library, 805 Comanche Street
- Anita & W.T. Neyland Library, 1230 Carmel Parkway
- Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Library, 5930 Brockhampton Street
- Ben F. McDonald Library, 4044 Greenwood Drive
- Janet F. Harte Library, 2629 Waldron Road
- Owen R. Hopkins Library, 3202 McKinzie Road

Supplies can also be dropped off at Corpus Christi Animal Care Services, 2626 Holly Road, Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
