Art Museum of South Texas Set To Reopen for Holiday Weekend
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Art Museum of South Texas will reopen to the public tomorrow in time for the July 4th holiday weekend following a temporary closure caused by an air conditioning outage in the Legorreta building.
The outage affected the Legorreta building and Elizabeth’s café. The Johnson building was not impacted.
“We’re thrilled to welcome visitors back just in time for the holiday weekend,” said Sara Morgan, Museum Director. “There’s no better way to celebrate America’s 250th than by experiencing great art, enjoying a delicious lunch at Elizabeth’s, and spending time together at the Art Museum of South Texas. We look forward to seeing everyone back in our galleries.”
