The City’s next Litter Critter community cleanup event will take place on Saturday, October 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the 1100 block of Bloomington Street, next to Our Lady of Pilar Church.

The City of Corpus Christi and the Mayor’s Committee on Veteran Affairs will host the Gold Star Mothers and Family Day Ceremony on Saturday, September 26, at 9:00 a.m. at Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park, 222 South Shoreline Boulevard. The public is welcome to attend the ceremony.

The City of Corpus Christi is preparing for the 49th Annual Beach to Bay Relay Marathon on Saturday, May 16. Over 10,000 runners and hundreds of spectators will participate in the event, one of the largest relay marathons in the United States. Beach to Bay, a not-for-profit organization, draws competitors from across the globe to honor those serving in the United States military and first responders.
