Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District Adjusts June 5 Spraying and Announces Mosquito Control Spraying Schedule for the Week of June 8
Mosquito Control Spraying Schedule Friday, June 5, through Friday, June 12
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – Due to weather conditions, the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District (CCNCPHD) has adjusted its mosquito control spraying operations for Friday, June 5. They have also announced the spraying schedule for Monday, June 8, through Friday, June 12, as part of the city's ongoing efforts to reduce mosquito populations and protect public health.
The updated treatment routes for today and next week are listed in the table below.
Mosquito Spraying Schedule
Spraying will occur during evening and overnight hours, weather permitting, in designated treatment routes throughout the city. Spraying may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or other weather conditions.

Residents are encouraged to continue taking precautions to reduce mosquito breeding around their homes by eliminating standing water and using insect repellent when outdoors.
The Vector Control Program at CCNCPHD will continue implementing its integrated mosquito management approach, which includes routine surveillance, larvicide treatments, public education, source reduction efforts, and targeted spraying when necessary. This comprehensive strategy is designed to reduce mosquito populations while minimizing environmental impacts and protecting public health.
