Applications can be emailed to OperationHeatHelp@CorpusChristiTX.gov mailed to the CCGAS office at 4225 S. Port Avenue, Corpus Christi, TX 78415, or submitted in person. In-person applicants may contact the CCGAS office at 361-885-6923 to schedule an appointment.
When requesting assistance or visiting the Gas Department, please be ready to present the following documents:
- Current utility bill.
- Proof of identification for all household members.
- Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, including wages, unemployment benefits, child support, TANF, SSI, SSDI, etc.
Please note that this financial assistance credit applies only to the natural gas part of your utility bill. Funds are limited each year, and awards are given on a first-come, first-served basis to those who qualify.
