The City of Corpus Christi will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the completion of the new Surfside Park Restrooms, Parking, and Play Area.

 An AEP contractor will begin an Asset Improvement Project along Ocean Drive, spanning from Seaview Lane to Rossiter Street, starting at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29.

Beginning Friday, July 19, the eastbound lane of Aquarius Street, from Dasmarinas Drive to Commodores Drive, will be temporarily closed on Tuesdays and Fridays between 6 a.m. and noon. This closure will continue until August 19 as part of a public improvement project.

A private contractor will temporarily close the northbound lane of Ocean Drive from Hewit Drive to Ocean Park Drive beginning Thursday morning. 

Beginning Thursday, July 18, Phase 1C of the Everhart Road Project will extend the current Traffic Control Plan (TCP) from Burney Drive to the intersection at McArdle Road.

Phase 1 of the McArdle Road project has been completed. Starting Friday, July 12, the project will transition into Phase 2, which will require significant changes to traffic control.

A City contractor will install span wire traffic signals on Yorktown Boulevard at the Freds Folly Drive and Oso Parkway intersections beginning Wednesday, July 10.

 A schedule is now available for the re-mobilization work taking place this week at the Whitecap and Gypsy bridges.

 Private developers will begin making bulkhead repairs this week to correct sections recently undermined by erosion.
