The City of Corpus Christi celebrated the start of park improvements at Commodore Park on the Island with a groundbreaking ceremony this morning.
All roadways are open in the area of Everhart Road and South Padre Island Drive (SPID) as construction crews have completed the final section of the $29.3 million project.
The City of Corpus Christi will break ground on park improvements at Commodore Park on Thursday, February 12, at 10:00 a.m.
The $3.4 million project will significantly enhance this regional park.
