City of Corpus Christi Taking Applications to Reduce Homelessness and Stabilize Housing
The City of Corpus Christi has released a Notice of Funding Available (NOFA), inviting organizations to apply for a total of $264,603 to support efforts that reduce homelessness and stabilize housing across the community.

Grant Money Available for Minor Home Repair Program
The City of Corpus Christi will accept applications for the Minor Home Repair Program (MHRP) from October 7 through October 21. Grants of up to $25,000 are available for critical minor home repairs, including roofing, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, minor structural fixes, and accessibility modifications, for 35 very low-income seniors, persons with disabilities, Veterans, or Veterans' surviving spouses.

La Ciudad de Corpus Christi aceptará solicitudes para el Programa de Reparaciones Menores de Viviendas (MHRP) del 7 al 21 de octubre. City Council to Consider Support for Planned Corpus Christi Bay Shoreline Breakwater Project
While not a City project, the breakwater aims to protect the shoreline from erosion caused by wave action and create habitats for marine life such as oysters and fish in Corpus Christi Bay. In addition to enhancing Corpus Christi Bay as a natural attraction, the project will provide environmental benefits for city's residents and visitors.
