Corpus Christi Fire Department Hosts In-Person Recruitment Open Houses for the 49th Academy
CORPUS CHRISTI - The Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD) is now accepting applications for its 49th Fire Academy. Prospective candidates are invited to attend a series of in-person recruitment open houses throughout November and December. These events provide applicants with the opportunity to learn more about the hiring process, training expectations, and the rewarding career opportunities available within CCFD.
Applicants will have the opportunity to meet current firefighters, tour the fire station, and gain insight into the physical, academic, and professional requirements of the academy. Fire Training Staff will also be on site to help answer questions and offer a closer look at daily life as a Corpus Christi Firefighter.
