Corpus Christi’s Animal Care Services Teams Up with Local Attorney to Promote Pet Adoptions

Corpus Christi, TX – The City of Corpus Christi’s Animal Care Services (CCACS) is partnering with local attorney J. Barrera to help shelter animals find their forever homes. Starting Wednesday, April 1, J. Barrera Law will generously cover the adoption fees for up to 40 dogs and cats each month at CCACS.

This initiative not only aims to increase adoption rates but also supports families looking to welcome a furry friend. Each pet sponsored by the J. Barrera Law Firm will be marked on their kennel card, making it easier for adopters to spot it.

Every adoptable pet comes with essential benefits to ensure their well-being: 

·         A spay or neuter surgery to help control the pet population 

·         Microchip identification for safety and security 

·         Vaccinations tailored to their age for a healthy start in their new home
