Development of a New Community with Family-Oriented Amenities Takes First Step

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – At today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Council approved the rezoning of a 68.79-acre lot in Northwest Corpus Christi to be developed for single-family homes.

The Riverstone Trails development, situated on Northwest Boulevard in Calallen, will comprise approximately 226 homes, with a pedestrian trail seamlessly integrated throughout the subdivision, ensuring connectivity and promoting a healthy lifestyle. 

Additionally, residents will have access to a common-area pool and a basketball court, promoting recreational activities and neighborhood interaction.
