CORPUS CHRISTI, TX—The City of Corpus Christi, in collaboration with PROSPERA Housing Community Services and several single-family developers, will host a Project Unveiling Ceremony for the Palms at Morris Apartments on Friday, June 27, at 10:00 a.m.

The Palms at Morris site is located on the grounds of the former Lamar Elementary School, alongside adjacent vacant single-family lots that the Ed Rachal Foundation graciously donated to the City of Corpus Christi.

The City has received proposals from Prospera/TG 110 for a multifamily project, as well as from four single-family developers:

·         Habitat for Humanity Corpus Christi

·         Thanksgiving Homes

·         come dream come build

·         DSW Homes

These developers are committed to constructing approximately 35 infill housing units on vacant lots throughout the surrounding area.
