Intersection Closure Added to Yorktown Boulevard Construction

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX— Beginning Wednesday, July 29, ongoing work will require an additional closure of Rancho Vista Boulevard at the Yorktown Boulevard intersection.

This is in addition to ongoing construction that has closed the eastbound lanes from Rodd Field Road to Oso Creek Mud Bridge. Two-way travel is allowed on the remaining westbound lanes. Access to neighborhoods and businesses will remain available during construction.

The work is part of the Yorktown Boulevard Road Reconstruction Project, a voter-approved Bond 2020 project expected to be completed in 2027.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists traveling through this area must follow the posted detour signs to navigate the construction zone. Detours will be clearly marked to ensure minimal disruption and maintain traffic flow.
