Summer Hours for Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Public Library

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — Beginning Monday, June 2, the Dr. Clotilde P. Garcia Public Library, located at 5930 Brockhampton Street (Kaffie Middle School), will modify its summer operating hours through Sunday, August 10.  

During the academic year, from August to May, the Library closes from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and reopens from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to help reduce traffic for parents during student pick-up times and to minimize disruptions for library patrons.

Throughout the summer session, the library will remain open on these days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This change will not impact the library's total weekly hours, which will remain consistent at 44.
