Temporary Closure of La Retama Central Library
Library is Expected to Re-Open on Tuesday, March 10
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The La Retama Central Library, located at 805 Comanche Street in Council District 1, will be closed from Friday, March 6, through Monday, March 9, for the installation of an emergency generator.
The Library will reopen at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10.
This closure is necessary to facilitate the power disconnection required for the generator installation process.
For continued library services, patrons can visit the nearest branches:
• Ben F. McDonald Public Library at 4044 Greenwood Drive in Council District 2
• Anita & W.T. Neyland Library at 1230 Carmel Parkway in Council District 2
