Utility Work to Close Roadways near Cooper’s Alley

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX— Ongoing work will require street closure on South Shoreline Boulevard at Cooper’s Alley beginning Monday, January 12.

Kinney Street at South Shoreline Boulevard will also be closed. Cooper’s Alley will remain accessible via southbound travel on Shoreline Boulevard. Traffic on Kinney Street may detour through the Water’s Edge Park parking lot.

This is a daytime closure only, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The closure is expected to continue through Friday, January 16. Work is related to water infrastructure improvements in the area.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists traveling through this area must follow the posted detour signs to navigate the construction zone. Detours will be clearly marked to ensure minimal disruption and maintain traffic flow.
