Work to Close Lanes at Yorktown Boulevard and Rodd Field Road

Ongoing work will require lane closures near the intersection of Yorktown Boulevard and Rodd Field Road.

Beginning Wednesday, February 18, crews will close the eastbound inside lane on Yorktown Boulevard from Rodd Field Road to Geiger Drive. Additionally, one eastbound through lane at the intersection of Yorktown and Rodd Field will be closed. Finally, on Rodd Field Road, the southbound inside lane will close; however, the U-turn will remain open. No left turns from Rodd Field to Yorktown will be allowed.

This work will continue through Wednesday, March 18.

The work is part of the Yorktown Boulevard road reconstruction project, a voter-approved Bond 2020 project expected to be completed in 2027.

Access to neighborhoods and businesses will remain available during construction.

A detailed map is below, showing the road closures.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists traveling through this area must follow the posted detour signs to navigate the construction zone. Detours will be clearly marked to ensure minimal disruption and maintain traffic flow.
