City Experiencing Intermittent Document Display Issues on City Agenda Portal
Quick Browser Refresh Fixes Missing Attachments
CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — City of Corpus Christi officials are alerting residents to an intermittent display issue impacting supporting documents and detailed attachments on the City’s official agenda management system.
While full meeting agendas remain active and available, some users viewing specific City Council agenda items may occasionally experience missing attachment links due to standard web browser caching.
Web browsers routinely save ("cache") temporary data to improve load times, which can cause a user’s browser to load a previously cached version of the page rather than pulling the updated data directly from the server.
To ensure public transparency and uninterrupted access to Council proceedings, the City’s Information Technology department has added an advisory banner directly to the public agenda portal with simple steps to restore full access.
Clearing your browser’s cached files forces the webpage to load the most up-to-date document links.
