Quick Keyboard Shortcut (Windows): Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard while your browser is open to immediately launch the "Clear Browsing Data" menu.
If you prefer to navigate through the menus, please follow the steps below for your specific browser:
On the Chrome browser:
- At the top right, click the three dots More.
- Click History and then History.
- A new window will pop up. From the left-hand side, select Delete browsing data.
- Check 'Cached Images and Files'.
- Press the button 'Delete data'.
- Refresh the link to see the new file.
On Microsoft Edge:
- At the top right, select the three dots
- Select History
- Select the three dots under the new menu
- Select Open history page
- Select Delete browsing data (on the upper right with trash can icon)
- Choose the types of browsing data you want to clear - in this case 'Cached Images and Files'.
- Press the button 'Clear now'.
- Refresh the link to see the new file.
On Firefox:
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data....
- Check the box for Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear, then refresh the Granicus agenda page.
On Safari (Mac):
- In the top menu bar, click Safari and select Settings (or Preferences).
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Check the box at the bottom for "Show features for web developers" (or "Show Develop menu in menu bar").
- Close the Settings window. In the top menu bar, click the new Develop menu.
- Click Empty Caches. Refresh the link to see the new file.
