Most City of Corpus Christi offices, including City Hall, Municipal Court, and the Public Health District, will be closed on Thursday, July 4, in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

 Heavy rains are forecasted for the Corpus Christi area Tuesday night through Thursday. Rainfall amounts of 8 to 10 inches could lead to areas of flash flooding.

Most City of Corpus Christi offices, including City Hall, Public Libraries, Municipal Court and the Public Health District will be closed Wednesday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.  

The City’s next Litter Critter community cleanup event will take place on Saturday, June 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the W.B. Ray High School parking lot, located at 1002 Texan Trail.

 Most City of Corpus Christi offices, including City Hall, Public Libraries, Municipal Court, and the Public Health District, will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2024. 

The City’s next Litter Critter community cleanup event will take place on Saturday, May 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial High School parking lot, located at 3750 Cimarron Boulevard.

The City of Corpus Christi and Morrow Energy proudly announce the ribbon-cutting of the new Corpus Christi Renewables, LLC landfill-gas-to-energy plant on April 10 at 12:00 p.m. This state-of-the-art plant converts landfill gas into clean, renewable natural gas.
