En un esfuerzo a nivel de toda la ciudad para combatir el vandalismo, el equipo de limpieza de grafitis del Departamento de Servicios de Residuos Sólidos de la ciudad intervino con éxito en 1667 lugares en 2025, a veces incluso antes de que la pintura se secara. Las estadísticas muestran que el 90 % de su trabajo fue realizado de forma proactiva por el equipo de remoción de grafitis, eliminando las pintadas antes de que se presentara un solo reporte público.

Invisible Heroes: City’s Graffiti Cleanup Crew Removed over 1,600 Tags in 2025
In a city-wide effort to stay ahead of vandalism, the City’s Solid Waste Services Graffiti Cleanup Crew successfully tackled 1,667 locations in 2025, sometimes before the paint was even dry. Statistics show that 90 percent of their work was completed proactively by the Graffiti Cleanup Crew, erasing graffiti before a single public report was filed.
