 Most City of Corpus Christi offices, including City Hall, Public Libraries, Municipal Court, and the Public Health District, will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2024.

A free public sensory room designed for children with special needs is now available at the La Retama Central Library, located at 805 Comanche Street. 

A grand opening ceremony will be held at La Retama Central Library to celebrate the first free public sensory room in the South Texas region. 

The Comanche Street entrance at the La Retama Central Library will be closed for several months due to ongoing roadwork for the Comanche Street project.

A cold front that has moved through the region this morning with dry and colder air is expected to result in freezing temperatures overnight.
