Senior Programs
The Corpus Christi Parks and Recreation Department operates eight senior centers throughout the city, offering programs tailored for active senior adults age 50+ and individuals navigating the complexities of mature living. These programs provide support for aging in place, enabling participants to maintain their independence while accessing community resources.
A variety of classes are offered at affordable rates or free of charge. Classes may include yoga, Tia Chi, dances, chair volleyball, table tennis, bingo, arts and crafts, and more. Our senior centers host special events throughout the year, such as dances, holiday festivities, fitness programs, and more. Fitness Centers are available at most senior centers, which include a variety of gym equipment, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more. Please check this page periodically for updates.
