 At today's regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council voted to approve recommended updates to City ordinances related to streets, driveways, and sidewalks.

Street closures along major City streets impacting motorists and pedestrians are listed below. 

The City of Corpus Christi, in collaboration with the Corpus Christi Independent School District (CCISD), has installed a new midblock traffic signal and crosswalk on South Staples Street in front of W.B. Ray High School. 

The Comanche Street entrance at the La Retama Central Library will be closed for several months due to ongoing roadwork for the Comanche Street project.
