Council Approves License Agreement with City of CC SSN-705 Submarine Memorial, Inc.
During today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council approved a resolution to authorize a License Agreement with the City of CC SSN-705 Submarine Memorial, Inc. for the placement and maintenance of the "USS City of Corpus Christi” Submarine Sail at Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park (SVMP), located at 222 S. Shoreline Drive.

Council Accepts Grant from the Coastal Bends Bays & Estuaries Program
At today’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, Mayor Paulette Guajardo and the City Council approved an ordinance accepting a grant in the amount of $346,991 from the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program Human Uses Team for improvements to the Hans & Pat Suter Wildlife Refuge.
