Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District Announces Mosquito Control Spraying Schedule and Resident Safety Precautions
The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District (CCNCPHD) will conduct mosquito control spraying operations beginning Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5, as part of the City’s ongoing efforts to reduce mosquito populations and protect public health. Due to recent rain events, residents should be aware that elevated mosquito activity is anticipated citywide, and spraying operations will continue across all city zones in the coming weeks as conditions are monitored.

Litter Critter Event Scheduled for W.B. Ray High School
Paper shredding services for Corpus Christi residents return on Saturday, June 13, coinciding with a Litter Critter event organized by Solid Waste Services (SWS).
The Litter Critter community cleanup will be held on Saturday, June 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at W.B. Ray High School, 1002 Texan Trail, in the parking lot located next to the Performing Arts Center.

The Mayor’s Committee on Veteran Affairs in collaboration with Nueces County Veterans and Social Service Office will host a Memorial Day Ceremony on Monday, May 25, at 10:00 a.m. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 IH 37 Access Road. The ceremony was relocated from Sherrill Veterans Memorial Park.
