September is Warrant Resolution Month
The City of Corpus Christi’s Municipal Court is kicking off Warrant Resolution Month on September 1. For the entire month, individuals can address their traffic citations, code enforcement violations, and Class "C" misdemeanor violations that currently have active warrants. Outstanding parking violations are also now being addressed at Municipal Court.

Animal Care Services Extends Adoption Hours Starting September 1
Beginning Monday, September 1, 2025, Animal Care Services (ACS) will extend its public adoption hours, opening one hour earlier each day from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Currently, adoption hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Construction on water line improvements at the South Padre Island Drive and Everhart Road intersection is scheduled to start Monday, August 25.
