New Marina Piers Coming to Lawrence Street T-HeadThe first construction phase is underway to replace marina piers on the Lawrence Street T-Heads. Callan Marine Ltd., of Galveston, is the construction contractor for the $19.4 million project, which is funded through the Marina Capital and Seawall Capital Improvement Funds.
