Gulf Coast Authority (GCA) and engineering firm, Ardurra, presented a proposal to develop reclaimed water from the City’s Oso and Greenwood wastewater treatment plants. Reclaimed water is treated wastewater that has been cleansed to meet safety standards for reuse.
