The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with VFit Productions, invites you to its free "Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront" classes this Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Water's Edge, located at 402 S. Shoreline Boulevard.

 A partir del lunes 6 de noviembre, Flour Bluff Drive entre Yorktown Boulevard y Purdue Road y Glenoak Drive desde Waldron Road hasta el callejón sin salida estarán cerrados.

Beginning Monday, November 6, Flour Bluff Drive between Yorktown Boulevard and Purdue Road and Glenoak Drive from Waldron Road to the dead end will be closed. Access will be restricted to local traffic only.

 The City of Corpus Christi advises visitors and residents to be aware of coyotes near the Michael J. Ellis Beach and Seawall area of North Padre Island.

 The Selena Memorial – Mirador De La Flor, located at 600 N. Shoreline Boulevard, is scheduled to be temporarily closed for lighting upgrades.

 In recognition of National Veterans Small Business Week, the City of Corpus Christi's Office of Economic Development is shining a spotlight on the remarkable contributions of veteran-owned businesses to the City's economic landscape. 

The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department and the Slumber Skate Company invite residents to the Slumber’s Skate Fest on Saturday, November 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cole Park Skate Park, located at 1900 Ocean Drive. Admission is free.

“Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront” fitness classes will resume on Saturday, November 4, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at McCaughn Park at The Water’s Edge.

The City of Corpus Christi’s Holly Road Train Trestle to Tourism Trail Project was awarded just over $13 million to connect Flour Bluff Drive and the Holly Road Hike and Bike Trails.
