 El Departamento de Parques y Recreación de Corpus Christi se complace en organizar un evento previo al eclipse solar el viernes 13 de octubre de 5:30 p.m. a 8:00 p.m. en Cole Park Pier Plaza ubicado en 1900 Ocean Drive.

 The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department is excited to host a pre-solar eclipse event on Friday, October 13, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cole Park Pier Plaza located at 1900 Ocean Drive.

 The Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District’s Mobile Clinic will be at Church Unlimited on Wednesday, October 11, located at 7451 Bay Area Drive, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

The City of Corpus Christi Office of Economic Development is working with a design firm to create a plan for active mobility for Padre/Mustang Island. 

 With the recent heavy rainfall, the City of Corpus Christi is proactively preparing for an increase in the mosquito population and has initiated a mosquito spraying schedule for this week.

Street closures along major City streets impacting motorists and pedestrians are listed below. 

The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with VFit Productions, invites you to its free "Safe Fun-Fit at the Bayfront" classes this Saturday, October 7, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at The Water's Edge, located at 402 S. Shoreline Boulevard.

On Saturday, October 14, individuals will have the opportunity to witness the Annular Solar Eclipse, when the moon passes in front of and partially conceals the sun, creating the “Ring of Fire.”
