The City of Corpus Christi today announced the launch of an Outreach and Communication Campaign for Water Projects, a multi-platform initiative designed to celebrate regional collaboration, keep residents informed about water infrastructure progress, and promote the City’s water security strategy.

Construction crews will be working on Norton Street near Sam Houston Elementary School beginning Monday, Oct. 27.

The Anita & W.T. Neyland Public Library at 1230 Carmel Parkway closed today at 5:00 p.m. for repairs related to an electrical issue affecting the building’s main power supply. The library is expected to reopen at noon on Thursday, October 23.

At yesterday’s regularly scheduled City Council meeting, the Council approved two agreements to expand the City’s immediate and long-term water supply.
